Agentic Workshop
AI transparency

How this course was created

This course is also an applied Agentic AI experiment.

It does not merely explain how AI agents work. It was produced through a system of specialised agents supporting different stages of the editorial and instructional process.

Agentic AI

The agentic workflow

Specialised agents were used to support different activities:

  • source research and organisation
  • course structure definition
  • learning-objective design
  • lesson drafting
  • example and supporting-material creation
  • claim verification
  • editorial review
  • consistency checking
  • translation and localisation
  • quality assurance before publication

Human-directed

Human direction and supervision

The agents did not operate autonomously and were not authorised to publish content directly.

Nello Castellano designed the workflow, defined the course objectives, established the editorial and instructional criteria, supervised the process and approved the final versions of the published content.

The course is therefore the result of a human-directed, AI-assisted process: artificial intelligence supports production, while decisions, editorial responsibility and final approval remain human.

Limitations of artificial intelligence

Even with review and verification processes, artificial intelligence systems can produce errors, omissions, incomplete references or incorrect interpretations.

Content is reviewed before publication and may be updated over time. Errors or inaccuracies can be reported through the public LinkedIn profile already listed on the author page.

Translations

Some translations and localisation activities were produced with the support of artificial intelligence systems and subsequently reviewed.

For this disclosure, the English version identified by the website is the reference text where interpretative differences exist between language versions.

The course is the content. The process used to build it is the case study.
